The following terms and conditions will apply:

PRICING & DELIVERY CHARGES
All quoted subscription prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). An additional delivery charge of £5.50 per order will apply to all delivery locations outside of London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. All quoted shop prices are also inclusive of VAT, however these will be subject to stated delivery charges on placing your order.
ORDERING AND CANCELLATIONS
Any orders and subscription requests received will represent an offer to purchase and will be subject to acceptance by HOF. HOF, including any member of our concierge team, reserves the right at our absolute discretion to reject any order without giving any reason. In such circumstances HOF will refund any payments received in full. The contract between HOF and you the customer will only be completed once we commence processing your order.
HOF will make all deliveries of completed orders on a nominated day between Monday and Saturday of each week. Using this website, you will be able to select the frequency of delivery for subscription orders and HOF will confirm the next available delivery date; the HOF concierge team will make contact via e-mail or call following receipt of your order to confirm your scheduled delivery day and commencement delivery date. While HOF will endeavour to accommodate your preferred delivery day, this cannot be guaranteed.
Amending any order
Any order, or subscription frequency, may be amended via the Customer Account Dashboard of this website by logging in using your login details, or by contacting the HOF concierge team at firstname.lastname@example.org. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required in order to guarantee facilitating changes, although every effort will be made to accommodate you.
Customer cancellation rights
You can cancel any single shop order by giving not less than 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. In those circumstances you will refunded in full.
For subscription orders, any request to suspend, vary or cancel your order will require a minimum notice period of 72 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery date. Providing such notice is given any suspension or cancellation will take effect without any charge. In such circumstances any payment already taken will be refunded in full (but see payment policy below).

Every subscription order for any one of the HOF collections range will be charged in accordance with the quoted price at the time that your order is placed. HOF reserves the right to increase its prices at any time, however in such circumstances will give all subscriber customers not less than 7 days notice prior to their next scheduled delivery with the option to cancel their subscription order free of charge.
HOF will accept payment by Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards. All payments to HOF are processed securely by our payment provider Elavon Merchant Services. It is important for you to be able to shop online with confidence so HOF has created a secure transaction environment for you using a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the integrity of all sensitive data. All communication and information transmitted on-line is encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. This is in addition to the protection afforded you by your cardholder to prevent fraudulent use of the card in a “card not present” environment. All transfer of your payment information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
You will not be required to process repeat payments for subscription orders; your debit or credit card payment will only be required to be processed by you for the initial delivery order at the point of checkout. For all subsequent subscription orders HOF will bill your card on a recurring basis based on your initial choice of frequency. For future additional or shop orders your card details will be securely stored via our payment gateway Elavon’s SecureDataVault, enabling you to place orders and checkout without any requirement to enter your card details again. HOF itself will neither store nor have access to your debit or credit card details.
HOF refunds and returns policy
HOF is dedicated to delivering to you fresh blooms directly from the market via distribution using our own concierge team and delivery vehicles.
As a result every care will be taken to deliver your order in a satisfactory condition, however if for any reason (whether within or outside of our control) your blooms are in an unsatisfactory condition, or damaged, please contact the HOF concierge team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of receipt of the flowers in order to make us aware. If, at our sole discretion, your blooms do not meet the standards HOF expects of itself you will be offered the alternative of either a free replacement delivery or a full refund. In the event of a refund this will be processed within 7 working days.
In the unlikely event that HOF fails to deliver your order on the due delivery date you will be offered the choice of a free replacement delivery on the next available delivery date, or a full refund within 7 days.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers HOF will not accept returns, nor administer a returns policy.
It is essential that HOF is provided with sufficient, accurate personal information during the ordering and checkout process in order to satisfactorily process and deliver your order, process your payments, and to communicate with you.
HOF will safeguard your privacy and undertakes not to sell, rent, lease or gift your personal information.
In the course of the ordering and checkout process HOF will ask for and require the following personal information:
Customer e-mail address-HOF will use this solely for communicating with you in relation to any orders placed, including order confirmation, dispatch & delivery confirmations, membership & marketing communications. You are expected to ensure that e-mail address details are accurate and that HOF is duly notified of any changes.
Customer full name and address-HOF will require and use these details for debit and credit card validation.
Customer contact telephone number-in the event HOF will need to contact you in relation to any service, payment or delivery issues arising.
In circumstances where the intended recipient is not the customer HOF will also require the recipients full name and address in order to ensure that the order is satisfactorily processed and fulfilled.
